Meet Saidrahman Mohammadi, Austrian delegation

Source: Saidrahman.jpg

Hallo Everyone!
My name is Saidrahman. I’m 16 years old. I am from Afghanistan. I came to Austria in 2014. I’m a student. I like playing soccer, swimming, reading books, thinking about the future. I speak Pashto, Dari, Farsi, German and English. I’m single. I want to be a Doctor in the future.
I want to be a part of the peacecamp in 2016, because I want to learn new things about other cultures. I want everybody to know how much peace is important in the world and for the people.
Peace for me is important, because people want to live in a safe place and without fear. If there is peace you can focus on your education and a future.
Peace for me also means that I can trust in people and the government not to abuse their power and to live in an honest environment where you can rely on people.

Meet Sonja Bertram, Austrian delegation

Source: Sonja.png

Hello ,
my name is Sonja Bertram, I am 19 years old and in my final school year. I love being in nature and doing Yoga and other sports (especially with friends). I try my best to live sustainable, because I think that’s one of the main things I can contribute to a more peaceful world. That’s why I am very interested in Nutrition and Politics as well as Sociology.
When our class teacher presented peacecamp I wanted to join right away. A friend of mine, Caroline, participated twice at peacecamp and I was always very impressed by her reviews and wanted to join it as well. So I am very glad to get the chance. I am looking forward to meet you all! I am sure we will have interesting discussions and we’ll learn about the other cultures and about ourselves and most of all it will be a great time. :-)

Meet Melanie Diesner, Austrian delegation

Source: Melli.jpg

Hi :)
My name is Melanie, but all my friends call me Melli. I’m 17 years old and I live in Gablitz,
a small village in Lower Austria. My hobbies are painting, singing, dancing, going camping
with friends and everything with action.
I want to be a part of the peace camp 2016 because I want to learn new things about
other cultures and change experiences with people from other countries. Maybe we could
talk about what “Peace” means in other cultures. Hopefully we all will get friends and we
will also stay in contact after the peace camp.
I’m looking forward to meet all of you at the peace camp 2016.
